Refund policy

At Marga Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• To start a return, contact us at margaclothinguk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at margaclothinguk@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
